Job Description

Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a new Lift Service Sales Consultant.Working from home you will have full autonomy to carry out service contract sales in and around the Glasgow and surrounding regions.Job Title: Lift Services Sales ConsultantSalary: Competitive basic + vehicle + bonus + benefitsHours: Full time working Monday to FridayLocation: Glasgow and Surrounding areasKey Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers, identify and develop new client areas via lead generation and prospecting.
  • Close profitable deals over a range of customer groups.
  • Achieve sales and revenue growth according to agreed targets.
  • Respond to quotation requests, tender enquiries, follow up and negotiate to close the sale.
  • Maximise exposure of products and service across targeted accounts and maintain robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear objectives to increase market share.
  • Measure and communicate progress against monthly targets by accurate and timely reporting and forecasting to the Regional Director.
  • Liaise with Regional Director in all aspects of service sales and enhancement sales enquiries to ensure all work follows appropriate company practices.
  • Ensure that solutions proposed are in full compliance with regulatory codes and practices along with ensuring that these comply with any clients/consultants’ specifications.
  • Ensure project book is consolidated in line with company requirements.
  • Liaise with and assist project manager to ensure accurate and profitable sales.
  • Being always commercial aware.
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Travel required to visit clients
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will have:
  • Experience with direct B2B service sales within the lift industry
  • You will be confident to work on your own initiative
  • Literate and numerate to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Competent in all Microsoft programmes, including Project and PowerPoint
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to self-assess
  • Ability to take ownership of personal development
  • Full clean driving license
