Finance Manager | Tech Consultancy | £55,000 - £60,000| Fully remoteI have an amazing opportunity working for a fast-growing Tech Consultancy company in Central London, who are looking for a fully qualified Finance Manager to join their fast-expanding business.This position reports to the Group Financial Controller (GFC) whose primary duty and responsibility lie in managing the UK and US subsidiaries, with a particular emphasis on overseeing the finance and accounting function, ensuring that financial recordsare kept appropriately and that reported results comply with accounting standards and relevant legislation.Annual Salary: £50,000 - £60,000Experience:• Production of the timely and accurate monthly and annual property reporting, including profit and loss account and balance sheet reconciliations.• US-company experience and knowledge on US taxation (sales tax, withholding tax, etc.)• To develop detailed and ongoing variance and trend analysis which will include interaction with the operations team at all levels.• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of a successful budget process and delivering the clients annual budgets within agreed deadlines.• Ensure management fees, sales and purchase invoicing is up to date and payments are reviewed and made on a timely basis.• Support with the company’s and client’s Annual Statutory Audits.• Maintain effective relationships with finance and non-finance teams, including commercial, technical, land, legal, customer service and operations.Key requirements:• ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified Accountant, with minimum 3 years of experience• Experience in technology, professional services sector.• Multi entity / Multi currency experience• Ability to communicate and engage with personnel across the company and with the client’s reporting teams.If you are a Fully Qualified Accountant, looking for a new opportunity, then this is an opportunity not to be missed!
