This is a fantastic opportunity todevelop your skills, supporting us to deliver our new-homes development programmefor the Scotland Region. Youll be supporting in the delivery of our mixed tenure schemes on time and to budget, ensuring that an excellent offer for our customers and communitiesalways lies at the heart of delivery.Youll work with our Development and Delivery Managers to assist in the delivery of projects from start to finish including areas such as site identification, project appraisals, completion of legals, planning permission, site handover right through to theend of the Defects Liability period. Working alongside our Development & Delivery colleagues across a number of sites, youll assist in carefully managing income and expenditure and deliver our schemes against key performance targets. Youll use your fantasticinterpersonal skills to sustain good relationships with developers and contractor partners.
