Were excited to be starting 2023 with a limited number of vacancies specifically aimed at trainee recruiters who are looking to launch their recruitment careers!Based at our EA First HQ in Girton, Cambridge you will have an unrivalled opportunity to be trained and supported by a team which has a combined total of over 75+ years recruitment experience including our Executive Director who will play a key role in youronboarding and training period.Our training programme also consists of a 8-10 week external course which covers all of the core recruitment areas from candidate and client management, to offer management and everything in between!Your role will include business development, candidate and client generation, registering candidates, sourcing for candidates, organising interviews, writing creative job adverts and offer management + much more. You will be working within our busy financedivision, recruiting for permanent positions in the Cambridgeshire area.Were looking for individuals who have the drive and determination to work in a pro-active, self-generating environment and that can display a high level of pride in the quality of the work they produce and the service they provide to our highly valued candidatesand clients.Ideally you will either have some sales or recruitment experience, however this isnt essential - whats more important is that youre committed, resilient and dont give up easily!
