Job Description

Due to our continued success, we are looking to grow our commercial team and have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, sales-driven person to join us on a full-time permanent basis.Key duties will include:

Developing new business by cold-calling and following up on leads
Building effective relationships with existing and lapsed clients
Taking full job briefs from clients, both face to face and over the phone
Writing job descriptions
Responding to applications as well as pro-actively searching for candidates
Registering candidates, including clarifying their right to work in the UK
Arranging interviews and preparing candidates to a high level
Managing the whole applicant journey from initial application to offer stage
Providing an honest and consultative service to clients and candidates at all times

The successful candidate will have:

Previous sales experience
A confident and energetic personality
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone
Strong organisational skills
A good level of written English
IT proficiency
A full driving licence
