Resource Management SpecialistLocation - Morley - LeedsSalary - £23k - £24k + BonusExciting Opportunity in Leeds! Join GI Group as a Resource Management Specialist and be a key player in supporting our industrial and commercial desks.   • Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for spec calls and client meetings.
  • Be known by all user clients and candidates through constant contact and rapport building.
  • Offer a quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control, ensuring that all suitable candidates have completed all required client specific documentation and site tours where necessary.
  • Comply with all legal requirements in terms of compliance and vetting.
  • Take responsibility for out of hours contact with clients on a rota basis, where applicable.
  • Support with always maintaining an up-to-date availability list for the branch.
  • Recruit and sustain a workforce by interview and selection of quality applicants.
  • Advertise for a workforce in such a manner that will generate the largest/ best quality response whilst complying with GI Group and their legal requirements.
  • Always maintain a pool of quality candidates available.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Matching of bookings to temps/perms by assisting in filling bookings
