Competitive Salary + BenefitsFacilities Technician: Working for a well-established, family-owned distribution company, a hands-on, technically minded Facilities Technician is required to take responsibility for the implementation and provision of our Facilities Management.Based at the Leeds company HQ, the successful candidate will join an organisation that never rests on its well-earned reputation but rather continues to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of its customers. The successful candidate for this newly created role will carry out a varied and broad remit centred around the maintenance and general upkeep of both buildings within the group, along with any temporary sites utilised from time to time, whilst organising andliaising with Visiting contractors on site for more complex specialist maintenance & Inspection activities. The role holder will be expected to complete a wide range of repair and maintenance activities within the buildings. As such, previous experience ina similar practical, hands on role is essential.
