Job Description

Telesales Executive - GatesheadAre you a driven and persuasive individual with a talent for communication Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you! As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, guiding them through the benefits of our eco-friendly solutions, and providing them with competitive quotes. We focus oninbound leads, so theres no cold calling involved. We believe in a transparent approach and avoid high-pressure sales tactics.Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our services.
  • Explain the environmental and financial benefits of our sustainable solutions.
  • Utilize our advanced tools to offer personalized quotations through video calls.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to finalize sales and arrange installation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proficient with computers.
