Love working with the older generation and have patients as core quality. Everything else we can train you in but already having your care certificate would be advantageous.A typical day could include personal care, helping at mealtimes, assisting with medication, and thinking of fun things to do. Each customer has their own personalised LIFE plan that is unique to them, your role would be to deliver that plan to the best of yourability.You would be part of a large team run by Rebekah the Senior Registered Manager who is supported by two Client Service Managers, and work in partnership with the housing management team ran by Therese, who is also a senior manager.
