About the role / the team: The Enterprise Global Due Diligence team carry out CDD/KYC and fraud transaction monitoring activities to ensure we know who we are doing business with, minimise fraud and financial crime activity in order to safeguard our business, our merchants and theirend customers. We are a crucial part of the Enterprise Enablement function allowing our business to provide services to our customers in a seamless and safe manner. What you will be doing: We currently have an exciting Risk and Change Analyst role available in our Operational Delivery team. Our Operational Delivery team are responsible for managing a mixture of non-operational activities supporting the growth, development, continual improvement and risk management of CDD operations. These include representing the team as an SME in large,organisational wide, changes; identifying and delivering local changes & enhancements along with managing our risk & control effectiveness and adequacy. These are high profile roles in a team that is central to all aspects of business success and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Your role in the Operational Delivery team will see you deliver support and added value to your key customer, our operation, by working on the design & delivery of major strategic and tactical initiatives to support business goals and drive continuousimprovement as we grow and evolve to maintain our market leading position. What you bring / Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of AML, Credit Risk, Fraud or Payment systems or processes
• Experience of process design
• Knowledge of UAT delivery, Agile model including creation of material and test execution would be advantageous
• Experience of MS Office and defect management systems would be advantageous
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively to achieve goals
• Work effectively and collaboratively with team members to deliver projects
• Good communication and presentation skills, communicate with confidence and credibility in face-to-face situations, remotely via Teams and in writing.
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
• Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
