The Best Connection are working on behalf of their client based from their site at Gateshead who are looking to take on three drivers ongoing to help them meet their expected demand. This client is a well-known DIY store who are looking for HGV Class 2, LGV Category C, drivers to complete home deliveries with a drivers mate.You will be required to start at 06:30 working 5 days a week, between Monday and Saturday.This is a physical role as it will involve heavy lifting so drivers must be okay with a certain level of manual labour. As you are delivering to people’s houses, the client requires you to have a DBS check or be willing to apply for one before work commences. Due to insurance purposes you also must have had your class 2 licence for a minimum of a year.This role is paid at £9.00 per hour, with bank holidays paid at £14.50. Limited company drivers will receive £10.00 an hour and £15.50 for bank holidays.Due to the current situation we are offering online registrations only.Additional Benefits & Requirements
