What to expect as a HGV Class 2 Driver
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks ensuring health & safety standards adhered to
  • Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Delivering food and catering products to a range of customers including care homes, schools, hospitals and restaurants
  • Total of 3 drops
  • Help of Drivers mate
  • Manual handling - transferring goods from lorry to cages or pallets
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
What were looking for
  • Minimum of 1 year practical driving experience
  • Full driving licence with C entitlement
  • CPC qualification - full and up to date
  • Digital tachograph
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points
  • Some customer service / customer facing experience
  • A degree of physical fitness
  • A solid work history
  • An enthusiastic can do attitude
