Funding AdministratorLocation: GatesheadPertemps Work-based Learning and Skills division is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving training provider in the North East of EnglandAs a result of growth, we now have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Funding Administrator to work for an Apprenticeship/Training who has recently been rated as Good by Ofsted.Working alongside the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the learner data on the MIS is 100% accurate and reporting on the data produced. In return, you would receive a salary between £20000-£23000, flexible working hours, 23 days+bankholidays, and your birthday off each year.Key duties and responsibilities of the Learner Administrator Input learner information onto the MIS system PICs throughout the Learner Journey Log registers of attendance Update the master Learning Plan spreadsheet Create sign-up packs for learners Scan and process learner paperwork - eligibility forms, Commitment Statements, Certs/Results Scan certificates and achievements and attach them into One-File/Learner Evidence Undertake monthly learner evidence packs checks to ensure all auditory requirements are being met Communicating with coaches, employers, and learners effectively around non-attendance issues Producing monthly attendance reports Dealing with incoming enquiries through email, telephone, and face to face(where applicable) To support the Talent team in dealing with applications and during Recruitment DaysSkills, Experience, and Qualifications Required for the Learner Administrator Previous experience working within Administration and Data Entry Sector experience within Work-Based Learning, Skills, or Education is desirable.Education or Recruitment is highly desirable Excellent all-round IT Skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Data/MIS systems such as PICS, Maytas, or Yeti would be a huge advantage Knowledge of E-Portfolios is also required Excellent administration skills, including attention to detail and working to strict compliance and timescales The ability or proven track record of working on own initiative and in a targeted working environmentThe position is available immediately.
