Job Description

Job Advertisement: Temporary Financial Data AnalystPosition: Temporary Financial Data AnalystDuration: Temporary on-going, immediate startLocation: GatesheadSalary: Negotiable, depending on experienceWe are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our client, a dynamic team, based in the heart of Gateshead. Joining this friendly and welcoming team, your role will play a pivotal part in an itnerim project, supportingthe business in reviewing their financial data and providing comprehensive reports to the senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in financial analysis and data interpretation within a supportive and collaborative workenvironment.Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance and identify trends.
  • Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports, charts, and graphs to present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, identifying and rectifying discrepancies as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of financial data analysis processes and methodologies, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial analysis expertise and collaborating on various projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in financial data analysis, with a focus on interpreting complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
