CK Group are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for a well-established medical diagnostic company with an international reputation comprising two flagship business divisions that specialise in the design, manufacture and support of Clinical Electrophoresisand Haemostasis systems.The Service departments primary function is to ensure all instrumentation is installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards, both directly by internal staff and indirectly by our international distributors.The primary role of this position is to support UK customers directly, with extensive travel required throughout the UK to support a range of Electrophoresis and Haemostasis analysers.Working closely with Technical support to ensure all customer complaints are addressed appropriately, within established KPIs, to ensure a positive outcome for the customer.Essential skills:
