Job Description

Our international client based in Felling Gateshead are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in a broad range of tasks as you coordinate internal sales activitiesfor clients.Hours - Monday to Friday 36.25 (excluding lunch) 8.30am to 5pmHourly rate - £10.50per hourDuration - temp to permMain Duties;

  • Overseeing order processing using ERP system for our Newcastle and Portsmouth branches,
  • Managing invoicing and credit control procedures as well as handling any customer complaints and reporting.
  • Maintain customer records and build client knowledge to ensure we maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide the support and administration required to deliver a first-class client service.
  • Importance will be the ability to follow processes and procedures as well as identify opportunities to improve our service to customers.
Experience & Skilled and Capabilities:
  • Customer service experience with a strong customer focus
  • Experience in SAP - beneficial
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to enthuse and influence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
