Customer Service AdvisorMonday to Friday working some SaturdaysStart date: 10th January 2024Location: Gateshead, Team ValleyFree onsite parking is available and there are great bus links through to Team ValleyOur client is an leading international logistics organisation based in Gateshead, Team Valley. They are looking for a number of CustomerService Advisors to provide first call resolution and exceptional service to their customers.To succeed in this role you must have the passion and drive to deliver an exceptional service in an industry that provides customers with a friendly fault free service. Proficient IT skills are essential along with previous customer service experience.
