Job Description

Technical Department Assistant £22kMain Duties:Design/Technical Office administration duties.Administration of MRP software which includes the following: Creation of Bills of Material from drawings and parts lists. Creation of Sales Order numbers for stock contracts. Create pick lists for Stores and Manufacturing departments. Advise Purchasing of all part requirements for contracts. Close down works orders on ready for delivery items. Maintenance of the Parts database. Any other tasks within the remit of Operations Administrator that are not previously identified. Assist in the duties of the MRP System Administrator and cover all duties when required. Any other administration duties which may arise within an engineering office environment. Creation of Sales Order numbers for stock contracts.Hours: 8:30 am5:00 pm ( hour for lunch)Holiday: 22 Days, increases to 25 with service years.One not to be missed!
