Job Description

Mechanical Design EngineerMy client design and manufacture bespoke steel work based on their customer requirements. Their products include, structural steelwork, mezzanine floors, fire escapes and staircases, recycling containers, gates and railings.We require and experienced Mechanical Designer to join our design/production team to work on varied and exciting new projects on a permanent basis.Requirements

Proficient in Solidworks

Ideally knowledge of Bespoke Machinery or Material Handling or Conveyor Systems or Bulk Handling or Steel/Sheet Metal Design.

Ability to produce clear and informative production drawings and technical information

Experience/knowledge of software techniques such as Weldments, 3D sketching etc.
