Job Description

We are working alongside our client, a prestigious School, based just outside Tunbridge Wells in the search for a Kitchen Porter. Working Monday to Friday, 12pm-7.30pm, term time only, with weekends off, we are searching for a Kitchen Porter to work in part of a team of up to 7. Key duties include: * Washing Up* Sweeping and Mopping* Basic food prep* Polishing cutlery* Clearing tables* Taking deliveries* Assisting chefs* Setting up tablesDue to the location of the site, own transport is essential. This role is initially on a temporary basis, with a view to a permanent position, if successful after a probationary period. You can expect a minimum pay rate of £8.72, Holiday pay, optional pension, access to training and certificates, and the option for work in other sectors and sites. You also get all School Holidays off.Due to the nature of the working environment, a DBS is required to work at this site. If you do not already possess a DBS, Twentysix can process one for you.
