Production OperativeWe are currently recruiting for a Automotive Production Line Operative to join a prestigious Nationwide client based in Lichfield.The role would be working on the production line for JLR making door panels from injection molding to assembly and quality control. This is full time working hours provided through the agency. Quality Control
Assembly of Land Rover Interior parts
Injection Moulding
Paint Spraying
Ensuring speed and accuracy of work
General Warehouse Hygiene

Shift for Production Operative (Rotation):

Days: Mon - Fri. 0630 - 1430
Afternoons: Mon - Fri, 1430 - 22:30
Pay: £12.08ph
(Raised to £12.65 based on length of service)

Nights (From April 2022) 2200-0600 - £13.63

Requirements for Production Operative:

Ability to work in the weekends during busy season
Ability to work to targets
Attention to detail
Good English speaking and listening skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work alone and use own initiative
Previous Warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
