HR & Training OfficerLichfield£35,000A globally established logistics business is seeking a HR & Training Officer to provide a truly generalist service to the business.Working as part of an established HR team you will be the go-to for a varied internal customer base, dealing with a range of HR and Training requirements. Reporting to the HR Manager the role will involve a mixed focus in providing advice and guidance to Managementand non-Management, whilst also ensuring the coordination of HR data is accurate and maintained within the new HR Information System.With the organisation having recently introduced a new HRIS, you will be confident in utilising this within the business. Any experience of having used Cascade would be highly advantageous, as well as having advanced Excel skills.This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to take a step up in terms of their career, seeking a role that will allow them to become a HR Advisor. To be considered for this role you will:- Have worked within a fast pacedideally blue collarenvironment;- Live locally to Lichfield (the role will initially require you to be on site 5 days a week, but this will reduce once you have passed probation);- Be a proactive, highly engaging HR practitioner;- Have excellent and advanced Excel skills, coupled with extensive HRIS involvement (ideally Cascade).
