Summary Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator.Hours: Part time 25 hours per week. Working pattern will include regular weekends and bank holidays (usually at least 1 weekend day per week) and wed prefer 5 x 5 hour days per week, but there may be some flexibility with this. Our friendly, outgoing teams are passionate about the work we do to conserve these special places and to share the stories with a wide range of visitors. We’re looking for people to work with us who are enthusiastic, flexible,adaptable, enjoy variety and are full team players. (As we have relatively small teams on site, everyone helps each other out.)Whichever property you are based at and whatever role you play on site, standards of excellence in customer service and visitor engagement are essential. Some of our busiest days are at weekends and on Bank Holidays, so all staff are expected to take partin a regular weekend and Bank Holiday working..AZ011 North West What youll be doing At the heart of everything we do on site is conservation and visitor experience – to look after these special places for ever, for everyone. Working as part of the property team, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors contacting us by phone oronline. You’ll also be responsible for accurate record keeping and data management, supporting the team with group bookings, social media and cash handling, as well as being the lead for facilities management record keeping.You’ll promote the great work being done on site by gathering content for and sharing newsletters and upcoming event information in and around the local community, as well as across the site at various visitor touchpoints.You’ll use your strong people skills to establish good working relationships with property colleagues, as well as providing a fantastic experience to visitors whether in person or via digital media.   • Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Great team player
  • Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
  • Well organised and attention to detail
  • Advanced IT Skills
  • Due to the nature of the site and the need to travel around the local village, holding a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
