Working as part of the property team, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors contacting us by phone oronline. You’ll also be responsible for accurate record keeping and data management, supporting the team with group bookings, social media and cash handling, as well as being the lead for facilities management record keeping.You’ll promote the great work being done on site by gathering content for and sharing newsletters and upcoming event information in and around the local community, as well as across the site at various visitor touchpoints.You’ll use your strong people skills to establish good working relationships with property colleagues, as well as providing a fantastic experience to visitors whether in person or via digital media.
