Telesales Floor Manager Thurrock (Office-Based) £30,000 - £40,000 (OTE 100K) + Commission + Performance Bonus + Progression Opportunities + Company Benefits An excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager with a background in business to businesssales looking to join a leading company where you will play a key role in their expansion whilst having the chance at progression when applicable. The company are looking for someone to come in and lead the sales department and create a successful, thriving environment. The role is office based with occasional trips to potential clients for salefocused client visits. You will be required to help grow the pipeline of jobs, keep regular contact with current clients and ensuring high communication skills are always presented. Predominantly the role will involve the management of the sales team for leadgeneration, dealing with inbound enquiries as well as working alongside the commercial team. This role is heavily new business driven therefore require someone with a proven sales management background as well as a track record for providing excellent customerservice to current clients. The ideal candidate will have a very strong previous experience in sales and exceptional management skills. The Role: Training junior sales staff while ensuring they have the best opportunities for success. Understand key salesdata, carry out customer and market research. Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team. Uphold the highest standard of sales and compliance. Designing and implementing effective sales strategies. The Person: Proven sales management experience.Self-motivated, well organised, persistent individual. Excellent communicator, passionate about sales and outstanding sales results.
