Job Description

Installations Planner HPCareers are now seeking an experienced Installations Planner for our market-leading client to join their busy Operations department.Key Duties

  • To support the field-based engineers with their daily workloads
  • Ensuring they are able to attend client’s premises prepared and well informed to ensure the SLA’s and quality standards are net for our customer every time.
  • The specific day-to-day duties for this role are responsibility for all preventative maintenance works throughout the UK
  • Communicating with business customer, field engineers, sub-contractors as well as internal departments.
  • Effectively schedule and ensure delivery of the maximum number of preventative maintenance visits each week.
  • Prioritising oldest and most urgent work
  • Geographical understanding will assist with route planning for engineers
  • Customer Services skills
  • Strong IT skills on a variety of bespoke systems as well as MS Office, word, excel, email and internet
  • Building excellent relationships with both business customers as a well as various internal departments
  • Will require excellent problem resolution skills to support the customers
  • Supporting your colleagues and teams
  • Using informed and educated judgment to bring a swift solution to ever changing priorities
  • Salary and Benefits:
  • £17,500pa - £18,500pa
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
