You will also berequired to participate in the on call rota. You will write daily reports on activities, as well as devising and updating care plans and undertaking risk assessmentsfor the people we support.Our services operate 24/7, so you will work in shifts (as allocated by your manager). This means youmay need to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You may also be required toundertake sleep-in shifts on a rota basis.What experience do you need An NVQ/Diploma L2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is required, and experience supporting adults with learning disabilities would be a strong advantage.You’ll need to have great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions. A basic level of English and Math is also required.Above all you need to be kind, caring and ready towork as ateam toensure that our services are comfortable, happy, fulfillingand safe places to live.What are the Benefits
