Working closely with the Regional Managing Estimators and Area Managers, you will add valuable perspective and new thinking to the commercial side of our business, improving business development, work winning, tendering, contract management and contract delivery mechanisms to our customers.You will work with the commercial team with; leading on in contract quotations, assessing tender quotations, building up tender prices, compensation event build ups, issuing tender queries, providing tender handover packs, managing the early warning and compensation event process and any other administrative tasks relevant to the commercial/ estimating department.As with the nature of the role, accuracy is paramount and a sharp eye for finer detail will be a core strength you posses. Your communication skills and stakeholder management expertise will be outstanding, building trusted and deep relationships with your wider programme group as well as customers. Whilst supporting the commercial team, you will also work towards developing long term relationships with clients, supply chain and other partner organisations.About You:A highly motivated and confident individual, you are keen to flex your Estimating prowess within a business which is on a path of hugely transformative change - both organisationally and in its portfolio/offering. Degree in Quantity Surveying, construction/ civils

Full UK Driving Licence

Confident, outgoing personality

Competent in general MS Office, specifically Excel

Good written & oral presentation skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Able to travel and overnight stays when needed
