Architectural Technician, Intermediate/Mid-weight, Home Counties, £20,000 - £32,000.A Unique Homes and property organisation who specialise within the residential sector that offers various home types with a high-quality service using mixed materials. With over 20 years working within the sustainability and new homes industry they have continued to grow their business with supplying to an array of private clients who work in the lifestyle sectors.Due to successful new lines of business and increased workload, our clients are currently in progress with developing a new design and technical team which requires experienced Architectural Technician or CAD Technicians.With five open vacancies, this opportunity requires candidates with a well-proven track record of work history, where you will have good knowledge of AUTOCAD or REVIT software experience with a good understanding of construction or working drawing experience.As an experienced Architectural Technician or CAD Technician, you will have strong initiative skills, a good understanding of different drawing processes from sections, elevations, floor plans and some technical knowledge. Alongside experienced with applying basic building regulations and have an understanding of basic structural and mechanical engineering knowledge but not necessary.This opportunity offers a long term and progressive career with plenty of training and development progressing and not limited too as the company continues to grow.The successful Architectural Technicians or CAD Technicians will be rewarded with a negotiable competitive salary.
