Job Description

This position is based on a 6 month contractDepartmental FunctionsTo manage the processing of all supplier quotations

  • Expeditiously processing quotes to departmental KPI?s
  • Ensure all costs are fair and equitable, including holding suppliers to contractual pricing terms, and flagging customer re-charge opportunities
  • To deliver cost reduction and cost avoidance services in line with KPI?s and expectations for Integrated Solutions - Commercial
  • To provide visibility of performance and progress to MRO management and Integrated Solutions - Commercial leadership
  • To ensure the service is delivered consistently, in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with program arrangements, operational needs and KPI?s
  • To identify new opportunities for Repair Cycle Management (RCM) cost reduction that benefit Integrated Solutions - Commercial and its customers. Develop solutions both tactically and strategically in the areas of Quote Processing
  • To contribute to the delivery of the full RCM service, working cohesively with the other MRO functions, and as part of the wider supply chain team within Integrated Solutions - Commercial.
  • Responsibility of the Position
  • Accurate processing of incoming Supplier Quotations against various Programs
  • Raise initial queries on suppliers for any missing quote information or non-compliance to contractual terms
  • Meet and exceed internal KPIs.
  • Sustain flexibility across multiple accounts
  • Load and maintain airwaybill information
  • Candidate Profile
  • Proficient typist with the ability to accurately transpose data
  • Ability to use Outlook, Excel, use of the internet
  • Focused and methodical approach to managing work
  • Strong time management skills / ability to prioritise
