Job Description

Reed Accountancy are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small and friendly team on an ongoing temporary assignment based in Finchampstead. This role is ideal for someone with experience in SMEs and general accounts, reporting directly tothe Finance Director.Day-to-day of the role:

Managing purchase ledger invoicing and conducting CIS returns.
Handling payroll responsibilities.
Executing supplier payment runs.
Performing account reconciliations.
Resolving customer queries efficiently and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

General accounts experience with accurate data entry skills.
Purchase ledger experience is advantageous.
Familiarity with Sage 200 is beneficial but not essential.
Due to the office location, being a driver is necessary as it is not well-served by public transport.
