You will be in the office a couple of times a week with hybrid working culture. There may also be some travel required to visit local sites. Salary is circa £24,000-£26,000 per year depending on experience.Working in the Sales Operations Team, you will report directly to the Senior Operations Consultant and operate in a wider team of 13.As the Sales Advisor, you will be working with our new and existing customers to provide excellent customer service using a range of channels including telephone, email, SMS and social media. Youll also be responsible for providing administrativesupport for the sales service and direct support to our Sales Consultants, dealing with Re-sales & Staircasing enquiries, Right To Buy and Right To Acquire enquiries along with collating and maintaining information around availability of our developments andhomes. Building rapport with our customers and understanding their circumstances is a key part of this role, along with acting as a first point of contact for all customers.What were looking for:
