Fuel Systems R&T Project Lead Design EngineerGuidant Global is recruiting a talented and skilled Fuel Systems R&T Project Lead Design Engineer to work in a remote role. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Design Engineer to join our clients inclusive and collaborative team working on agovernment-funded project. This full-time Fuel Systems R&T Project Lead Design Engineer role is for a 10-week contract and offers a favourable hourly rate of £30.00 Ltd Company or £25.62 PAYE.In this design engineering role, you will develop a Refuel Manifold, collaborating with two different research partners (equipment suppliers). You will also manage stakeholders and internal customers and have reporting requirements to government bodies.In your first few weeks working as a flexible Fuel Systems R&T Project Lead Design Engineer, you will undertake the following tasks:Define the project planning and manage budget, spend and resources to deliver on time, cost and qualityDetermine and deliver a development and test strategy to develop a refuel manifoldManage research partner activities, guiding them to ensure they satisfy customer needs and requirementsProvide regular reporting to the project customer to maintain their support and receive project steeringGive regular feedback and report to the Fuel Systems R&T DPLYou will also liaise with Fuel Systems technical experts to ensure the proper technical direction of the project and prepare and deliver key project reviews.
