Youll work alongside the wider Digital Team to ensure there is continuity in approach, to achieve the overall corporate plan.We are all working from home right now but when we do start to return to our offices, your base will be either our Bristol or Newbury officer. However, a flexible approach will be maintained with a mix of home and office working.The role:We are looking to transform our use of digital technology to deliver services to our residents, making us more adaptable & accessible for our customers.Youll be working as the digital lead for the team, working with Community team members and service users to create engaging and impactful reporting metrics that tell internal and external partners how our team makes a difference.Youll also partner with the wider digital team to develop live reporting metrics dashboards that tells the story to a wider range of audiences from Board to funding bids, on our impact.Youll create a digital platform that supports online groups and develop systems and processes that enable the team to demonstrate the impact of their work through reporting dashboards and the monitoring of data and KPIs.Youll be someone who loves to be collaborative as youll be working with a number of external stakeholders and internal teams.Youll need to have a passion for showcasing the impact of digital engagement, through metrics and engaging information.To be successful youll need the following:
