Job Description

Due to a recent relocation and increase in Volumes, they are currently seeking production Operatives to join their operation at their new site betweenFenstantonand Fen Drayton in Cambridgeshire on a temp to perm basis.Core duties and responsibilities- Quality control ensuring the maintaining high standards of the product at all times- Fitting,insertingand securing glass within doors according to design spec- Paint spraying (For those with previous experience)- Material Handling- General upkeep of work areas-Liasingwith management to prioritise workload-Adherenceto Health and Safety protocolsat all timesIdeal Candidate --Must be physically Fit due to lifting of goods and overall nature of the role- Reliability and punctuality a must- Previous experience in a production Environment desirable- Knowledge of a basic trade, predominantly woodwork would be advantageous- Somebody manually dextrous and hands on in their approach- Own transport preferred or living relatively local to the site destinationPay Rate - £10 p/h for Production Operatives£12 p/h for Operatives with paint spraying experienceThis is a great opportunity for somebodywhomenjoys manual work and is hands on who is also looking to receive excellent training from an established company at a new site.The company offer overtime rates of £12.50 p/h after 45 hours for production Ops and £15 p/h overtime rate for people with paint spraying knowledge.Working Hours 06.30 - 16.00 Mon-Fri (45 hourweek)Reach out to Jamie at Recruitmint onJob Types: Full-time, Temporary, PermanentSalary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
