Our client based in Fen Drayton is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to look after their exciting Customer Service Team. As the Customer Service Team Leader, your role will be to supervise the customer service department to ensure all interactionswith customers are dealt with in the most professional and efficient manner and any exceptions are managed quickly and if appropriate, escalated.Objectives: An active member of the Office Team which maximises sales and always delivers exceptional customer service Close liaison with the Transport Coordinator to ensure that all customer part requests are delivered OTIF Attention to detail is critical whilst possessing the ability to prioritise workload to maximum effectiveness Ensure that all communication with team members is constructive and compliant to agreed timeframe and quality parametersKey Priorities: Continual development of a continuous improvement culture supporting all Team members to actively contribute to ways of improving workflows Effective and clear communication both internally and externally on the barriers affecting success and a robust plan to eradicate and drive positive change Development of relationships with all UCD personnel through clear communication and regular face to face feedback Proactive contribution to the Monthly Office Review with a view to enhancing performance and always looking for ways to continually improve standardsResponsibilities as the Customer Service Team leader: To agree and implement a set of standard telephone responses with Office Manager To ensure effective daily management of all external emails into UCD Inboxes To affect the printing of orders to start the order process paperwork cycle To manage company correspondence, complaints, and queries in an efficient and timely manner To organise a monthly 121 for all direct reports To complete annual appraisals of all direct reportsIf you feel that the above role matches your skill set and youd be interested in applying, please use the link or contact our office on and ask for Toby.INDCOMMERCIAL
