Job Description

Job Description Summary Part of a team in a busy component stores with goods in and stock control functions Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

Goods-In Inspection including accurate specification, correct quantity & checking for damage, etc
Review of documentation received with each shipment including certification
Collation of stock where necessary
Stock control using company stock control system, SAP
Prioritise workload in conjunction with M&L team
When necessary, picking and issuing of parts
Remain compliant in all tasks
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Packing of material to be shipped
Loading/Unloading courier transport
Other stores tasks that may be reasonably requested from time to time

Desired Characteristics

Experience of stock control systems and recording
Knowledge of SAP
Possess a Fork Lift Truck license
Knowledge of import/export customs processes

Qualifications/Requirements

Computer literate – Outlook, Word and Excel experience
Demonstrate strong level of verbal and written English
Analytical with an accurate way of working
Excellent customer service
