Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen, we are searching for an eager and talented Junior Audio Visual Integration Technician to join the team of one of the UKs leading Audio Visual Installation and Rental companies. The purpose of the role is to work closelywith the Integration team to deliver and install high-tech AV solutions into client premises.Key Details:

  • Junior Audio Visual Integration Technician
  • Permanent position
  • Based in Feltham
  • Paying up to £22K + Overtime
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Senior Integration Technicians, Project Managers and service team, to ensure that high quality installations are carried out within the specified time-frame and guidelines.
  • Providing feedback to the Integration team regarding specific installation and client issues on site.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to existing installations as required.
  • Manual handling tasks will be required when necessary for moving equipment
  • Any other duties as required.
Skills:
  • Preferably some previous experience of some of the items below.
  • LED Screens, Video Walls and Flat Panel Displays, Projectors etc
  • Rack building/pre-wire
  • AV Control systems, e.g. Crestron, Polycom, VC
  • Audio equipment, speakers, microphones etc
  • Cameras
  • Solder AV Connectors, Terminate shielded category cable
  • Structured cabling which includes pulling, terminating and testing all cable and wiring associated with audio/video cables
  • Conduct terminations in accordance with system diagrams
  • Experience working on construction sites

Qualifications & Accreditations:
  • Full clean UK Driving License essential
  • Right to work in UK essential.
Terms and Conditions:
  • Hours are based on 37.5hrs working week, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional Out of Hours, Weekend and BH work may be expected to meet Project deliverables.
