Job Description

IT Support Analyst | Helpdesk | Service Desk | 0365 | AD | Active Directory | 1st Line | First line | 2nd Line | second Line1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst with outstanding customer service required to join a growing MSP based onsite in Feltham.The successful1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst will join a team of IT Analysts and provide day to day technical support to external clients using a wide, varied and interesting range of technologies including, but not limited to:

  • Computer hardware i.e. CPUs, memory, disk storage.
  • Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 including OS installation.
  • MacOS.
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Antivirus Software
  • Software applications.
  • Printers.
  • Windows Server.
  • Virtualisation technologies.
  • Network protocols, services and appliances: DNS, DHCP, NPS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Switches.
What we need from you:
  • Already have working commercial experience in a similar IT role with experience of some (if not all) of the above technologies.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Have the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Have a good eye for detail.
  • A good attitude with a genuine interest in IT.
  • The desire for self improvement and growth.
  • The desire to succeed both individually and as a team.
  • A Full UK driving license.
