  • Support the Head of Purchasing & Planning in setting up a new supply chain model across EMEA, Asia and Americas
  • Create the supply chain strategy for Luxury and Fashion, in line with the overall supply chain strategy
  • Ensure delivery of inventory budgets and availability targets
  • Manage Forecasting, Demand Planning & OTB management for your category
  • Develop the vendor relationship strategy and stakeholder management, including high profile brands
  • Drive and create new opportunities for the category through analysing and reviewing processes and efficiencies
  • Leading and motivating a team of Supply Chain Planners and Assistant Planners

  • Experience of demand planning at a managerial level
  • Experience within Luxury or Fashion background within the Retail industry is essential
  • Proven experience in forecasting, demand planning, inventory management and working with replenishment systems, ideally SAP F&R
  • Strong analytical skills and project planning experience
  • Outstanding communication skills to establish and build successful relationships with all stakeholders
  • People management experience, motivating and managing a team to deliver results
