Job Title: Warehouse AdministratorReports to: Warehouse ManagerJob Overview:This position will be responsible for the daily administration duties for the warehouse function. You will provide an effective and professional administrative support to the warehouse and purchasing departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:·To provide effective and professional support to the warehouse and purchasing departments.·To provide administrative support to the warehouse team, ensuring that processes are followed.·To manage, control and update the warehouse booking diary.·Management of the departments calls and e-mails.·To contact suppliers and customers relating to deliveries and bookings.·Administration of the delivery process, controlling paperwork and input onto BC.·Help to investigate stock discrepancies with warehouse, purchasing and suppliers.·To process deliveries onto customer systems (example SAP).·Manage and file all warehouse paperwork.Requirements:·Previous experience in a similar role is essential.·Experience of using ERP systems and Microsoft Office products in particular Excel.·Ideally some working knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.·Good time management skills.·Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.·Experience of managing food and lot-controlled items would be advantageous.·Must possess good problem-solving skills.This list is non-exhaustive, and the role may develop or change over time as per the business needs.This vacancy is being advertised on behalf ofGEM Partnership Ltd, who are operating as an Employment Business Required skills
