This role will be based at the Wivenhoe Surgery in Colchester.Wivenhoe Surgery operates out of a modern purpose built health care centre in the town of Wivenhoe, just outside of Colchester. We have 8,500 registered patients, 4 GPs, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, an HCA as well as a team of 12 Management and Administration staff.The Operations and Governance Officer will work closely with and deputise for the practice manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice. The post holder will take responsibility for specific aspects of management and play an integral part in the operational development of the Practice and development of non-clinical staff. They will assist with the implementation of policies and procedures and ensure the practice is up to date with current regulatory bodies and NHS requirements.
