Job Description

My clients mission is to build the biggest community of professional trades in the UK. Currently, they have a community of over 20,000 professional trades, where they provide business services to help members build a more professional and profitable business. My client works in partnership with manufacturers in the construction industry to market their brands, products and services and connect them to their end user, trade professionals.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a rapidly growing business to support the CEO in their mission. Due to rapid growth and expansion, the CEO is seeking an astute PA to support their day to day operations as well as the inner workings of the team.Evidently, this requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, multi -dimensional role, where you are two steps ahead at all times. You will thrive on managing last minute changes, and juggling competing priorities comes naturally to you.You have impeccable attention to detail and are trusted by those you support, and you are a natural organiser who understands the importance of handling confidential information and discretion.You are an expert with Google suite and enjoy creating solutions for potential problems before they arise. The Role This role requires someone with a sense of urgency who is able to engage stakeholders at all levels, and will anticipate the future requirements of the CEO. Some of the things youll be involved in are:

  • Complex inbox and diary management for both executives
  • Accepting/declining meeting requests as they come in, managing calendar conflicts proactively
  • Setting up and managing logistics for regular 1:1 meetings, team meetings, conferences and events
  • Travel arrangements; booking flights, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and visas when necessary
  • Submitting expense claims
  • Protecting the CEOs time to allow only necessary tasks to be completed
  • Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
  • File management including electronic filing, data entry, scanning and photocopying
  • General reporting and administrative support to the wider team when required
  • SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
