Job Description

Accounts and Office ManagerWe are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our client in Fazeley, Tamworth on a permanent basis. As an Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the office performs in a professional, efficient and profitable manor. Duties includemaintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services for the UK business in order to meet legislative requirements, and support the ongoing operations.Hours of work:MondayFriday 9am5pm (37.5 hours per week)Salary£23k - £25k per annumResponsibilities:Administer and monitor the financial systemPreparation of annual budget and forecastImplement financial policies and proceduresReconcile the ledgers and prepare and reconcile bank statementsEstablish and maintain supplier accountsEnsure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting systemOversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systemsAll HR functions within the businessFacilities Management including overseeing any maintenance and negotiating maintenance contractsReviewing and Implementing company and office procedures and policiesArranging training for staffArranging travel, meetings and appointments when requiredArranging and booking exhibitions and conferences as neededProviding administration support to office when necessaryRequired Skills and AttributesStrong in depth knowledge of:Sage 50 Cloud Accounts Professional , including Foreign TraderSage 50 Cloud PayrollMS ExcelStrict confidentiality on corporate affairsTime and activity managementThis list is not exhaustive and applicants will be responsible for a wider part of the business.If you are interested in the job please click apply or speak to Kym at the Burton Office.
