Senior HR Manager£65,000FMCGHaving been appointed to provide support to this market leading, award winning FMCG business, I am eager to speak to commercially focused, proactive and engaging Senior HR Managers seeking a new and challenging opportunity.Still in its infancy, it is a hugely exciting time to be joining this organisation and having gone through significant growth is just in the process of moving to a brand new site. Reporting in to the Managing Director – someone who truly understands and values HR and the positive impact it can have to a business – as Senior HR Manager you will be pushing on an open door when it comes to introducing policies, processes and HR concepts, and working with someone who is on the same page!Working as a true Business Partner to the Leadership Team, you will provide a best-in-class HR service to ensure the business reaches it goals, underpinning the wider business strategy with a clear and comprehensive HR strategy. Leading a team of capable HR practitioners you will motivate them to ensure they continue to provide a high level of service within this fast paced environment.This is a truly generalist role and one that will have a positive impact within the business.
