An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solution Architect to join a dynamic team embarking on an ambitious change programme. This role is at the heart of a transformative journey, integrating new systems and leveraging cutting-edge technologieslike Microsoft D365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Platform built on Microsoft Azure all with a real focus on AI/ML integration.Your Role: Architecting the Future

Lead Solution Design: Prepare high-level and detailed solutions to meet business requirements and oversee cross-platform designs.
Contribute to Architectural Discussions: Engage in round table discussions to define solution options for new business demands.
Align with IT Strategy: Ensure all solutions are in sync with the enterprise architecture principles and IT strategy.
SME and Community Engagement: Act as a Subject Matter Expert in areas like D365, Sitecore, and Azure tooling, and contribute to the wider architectural community.

We Seek: Expertise and Vision

Specialist Technical Knowledge: Strong experience in areas such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, M365, SharePoint, and Azure.
Diverse Architectural Experience: Familiarity with application architecture, cloud platforms, and system integration using Azure tools.
Solution-Oriented Approach: Ability to creatively and analytically solve business problems.
Strong Communication Skills: Effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
