We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.This roleWe are looking for an experienced Procurement Functional Analyst with a focus on Procure to Pay to join our Business Systems Team within our IT department based in Farringdon, London.You will provide expert Oracle R12 E-Business Suite Application Support to our Procurement and other departments as well as System Administration modules in accordance with agreed SLA’s to ensure customer expectations are met.You will be responsible for ensuring the operational capability of the Oracle modules is maintained through direct support of end users and the resolution of issues with 3rd Party providers (such as Oracle, Version1, InoApps and others).You will Identify system improvement opportunities and undertakes application development and configuration to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose and easily supportable.Our organisation has a culture of exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of communication to ensure the business receive a service that meets and exceeds delivery expectations.What youll need to succeedExcellent functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials (Payables, Receivables General Ledger, iExpenses, Ebusiness Tax, Purchasing, iProcurement and Workflow.Be able to demonstrate a record of operationally supporting and/or delivering an ERP solution in a large organisation.Good stakeholder management skills and excellent problem management skillsExperience of deploying agile methodologyExperienced SQL, PLSQL and Toad and related Oracle E-Business Suite technologies.What youll get in returnYou’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where you can benefit from our comprehensive in-house training to continue developing your skills.
