We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.This role12-Month Fixed Term ContractAre you a customer focused, people powered team player We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent, who has the passion to deliver outstanding customer service and possesses excellent communication and administration skills to join our SO Resi Marketing. This role allows the right candidate to make it their own and you will play an integral part to the SO Resi Sales and Marketing team.What will your days look like

  • Working in a fast paced customer service environment, you’ll provide a comprehensive customer service delivery as the central ‘communication hub’ for all incoming enquiries from property buyers, sellers, existing homeowners, estate agents and surveyors
  • You will act as a liaison to provide product/services information across all sales business streams – Resales, Aftersales, Newbuild and Customer Care.
  • Will also be responsible for promoting the SO Resi brand, booking viewings and maximising cross selling opportunities
  • You’ll be required to carry out initial headline affordability checks, educate customers on the Shared Ownership and Help to Buy scheme and sales process.
  • Update the CRM system to ensure property information is up to date and in-line with data protection requirements.
  • To provide a general administrative function when required.
  • Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries by email, telephone or SMS

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A great communicator with a strong experience of working in a demanding customer facing environment.
  • Experience of using CRM systems
  • Knowledge/Experience of digital marketing
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
  • Interest in/experience in the property market
  • Sales oriented
  • A ‘customer first’ attitude and approach to working
