Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with strong leadership skills If so the Bolton Assessment Service is seeking to recruit a Team Manager to provide day to day management and leadership.The Bolton Assessment Services comprises of a dynamic and welcoming team of psychiatrists and mental health practitioners. They compete mental health assessments on persons referred from the GP or other primary care providers, The Bolton Assessment Service provides a reassuring and responsive service to both the referrer and the person referred ensuring appointments are arranged timely taking into consideration the identified clinical need.The Bolton Assessment Service is currently in the process if organisational change and the Team Manager is an integral part to this change supporting the smooth transition of the service but also ensuring service delivery continues to be at the high standards provided by the team.The Bolton Assessment Service is the only service of its kind in the Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
