If this sounds like your kind of role, get in touch!What will you be doing as an IT Project Manager:Working as the single point of contact for the client and providing the overarching strategy and planning, this will include managing, and the ongoing justification of the business plan. You will be actively involved in the all-round Move Management from inceptionand programme development to completion and delivery. You will be working closely with the client to ensure that any problems are dealt with efficiently and the process is tailored for the clients convenience. Duties will include:· Working on projects for the installation of IT equipment at customers across the UK, dealing with the whole of service delivery from receiving an order to handover with on-site system sign off with the client· Acting as a single point of contact for installers and clients for each project· Providing regular project updates and all related project communication · Completing Risk Assessments and Method Statements · Working to achieve project timescales and budgets· Completing all project paperwork to ensure contracts with customers are adhered to· Ordering miscellaneous essential items for installation· Supervising installation engineers towards project completion to achieve a correct and completed installation· Confirming dates and details with clients for each project, ensuring the clients are updated regularly· Managing service delivery and Engineers calendar/scheduling in projects, surveys, training, snagging, etcWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:· Previous experience in a Project Manager role working in an IT based role· A project management qualification such as Prince2 would defintiely be interesting but is not essential· Comfortable using Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook · A full current driving licence and your own transport are essential (expenses provided)· Customer focused and an excellent relationship builder· A good problem solver· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlinesWhat will you get in return for your work as an IT Project Manager:· A salary of £27,000 to £30,000, depending on experience· 23 days holiday plus bank holidays· Free onsite parking· Pension scheme· Sociable and welcoming team environment · Being part of a growing companyIf this sounds like an IT Project Manager role you will LOVE, please send your CV todayWe aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
