Job Description

Have you got an Enhanced DBS check and have a background in Reception Are you friendly, approachable and enjoy engaging with people If your immediately available for work we have the Receptionist role for you! We are looking to recruit a School Receptionist for one of our Education Establishments based in bolton. Working hours 7.45am - 4.30pm paying £10.00 per hour. What will you be doing as a School Receptionist

  • Greeting all students, parents and visitors to the school with a friendly face and smile
  • Enjoy using your great communication skills when answering the phone and taking messages
  • Working on the SIMS system
  • Putting your great organisational skills to us monitoring a busy inbox
  • Providing general administration support
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
  • Have a Enhanced DBS check and immediately available
  • You love a busy environment, meeting new people and engaging with a variety of individuals
  • Have experience using the SIMS System
